Barber Brand & Shop video shoot
Irecently had the opportunity to collaborate on a video project with Chris Swartwood, owner of Barber Brand & Shop in Fort Collins, Colorado. My role was focused on capturing the footage, working behind the camera to highlight the shop's unique atmosphere and Chris's craftsmanship. From framing details to catching the natural flow of the space, my part was all about documenting the experience authentically, taking footage that was true to the shop's vibe, and highlighting its laid-back atmosphere and Chris's focus on craft. The editing and post-production were handled by Chris, whose creative touch really pulled everything together into a solid finished piece.
Chris brings over a decade of experience as a licensed master barber, and his shop reflects that dedication. Founded in 2019, Barber Brand & Shop is a one-chair space designed for a personal, relaxed grooming experience. Located on South College Avenue, it blends classic barbering with a modern, laid-back environment that makes clients feel at ease from the moment they walk in. Working alongside Chris on this project was a great chance to not only capture the shop visually, but also highlight the story and care behind it.
